      Print Support Specialist I
      Milwaukee, WI (onsite)

      Overview:
      Responsible for daily support of site-specific network and workstation printers. Responds to customer technical support and training requests focusing on customer service. Documents all service calls using TRAC Solution and escalates serious issues to a Customer Service Technician or Integrated Account Manager. Ensures service level agreements with the customer are met. May handle procurement of printer hardware and manage on-site parts/consumables inventory.

      Responsibilities:

      • Provide daily support of network and workstation printers

      • Respond to customer support requests, resolve issues quickly and professionally, escalate as necessary

      • Keep customers updated on problem resolution progress

      • Provide remote access guidance and document troubleshooting information

      • Provide regular fleet status and performance updates to Printer Fleet Manager or Integrated Account Manager

      • Manage on-site hardware and consumables inventory, printer procurement, and hot swap inventory

      • Document and report all fleet meter reads

      • Maintain printer fleet tools and databases

      • Deliver toner and supplies to customers

      • Perform light first responder duties such as clearing paper jams

      • Conduct printer assessments after training

      • Travel between hospital campuses and clinics using personal vehicle; walking and use of dolly/cart may be required

      Requirements:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education preferred

      • IT Help Desk support experience including application and hardware support

      • Technical training and certifications, such as HP certifications

      • Excellent customer service skills and strong technical knowledge of network and site-specific printers

      • Good project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

      • Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, lift or carry objects under 20 lbs

      • Moderate dexterity including use of calculator, keyboard, hand tools, and eye/hand coordination
