Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Printer Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:
· Identify and analyze printer issues reported by customers.
· Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to determine the root cause of problems.
Printer Repairs and Maintenance:
· Perform repairs on malfunctioning printers, replacing faulty parts as needed.
· Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure printers are in optimal working condition.
Customer Training and Guidance:
· Train customers on proper printer usage and basic troubleshooting techniques.
· Offer technical guidance to customers to maximize printer efficiency and lifespan.
Quality Assurance:
· Ensure all repaired printers meet quality standards before being returned to customers.
· Implement preventive measures to reduce the recurrence of common printer issues.
