What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate clinical prior authorization requests via telephone or email
- Support prior authorization call center through administrative and clinical support
- Maintain accurate documentation of all prior authorization requests
- Collaborate with pharmacies, providers, and members to resolve any issues
- Respond professionally to inquiries regarding prior authorizations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- State of Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician License Required
- At least 2 years of pharmacy-related experience
- At least 2 years of customer service-related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and time management skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Pharmacy Technician Certification strongly preferred
- Claim system knowledge (Rx Claim & Prior Authorizations)
- Ability to work in a high-paced, stressful environment
- Strong attention to detail and effective follow-up skills
- Experience with conflict resolution and problem-solving
