      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the healthcare access representative, utilizing positive public relations skills to schedule patient visits or procedures
      - Pre-register patients and schedule appointments using the applicable program while verifying medical necessity
      - Handle all aspects of the scheduling encounter, providing friendly and professional assistance to patients and healthcare professionals
      - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of patient information and test orders
      - Maintain a high level of confidentiality throughout all interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of one (1) year of medical front office experience, preferably within an acute healthcare system
      - Strong organizational, verbal, and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to manage stress and make decisions under pressure
      - Proficient in computer skills, including EMR and data entry

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a Medical Assistant
      - Strong customer relations skills
      - Ability to comprehend written instructions and follow verbal directions
      - Familiarity with clerical duties in a healthcare setting
      - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
