This leader acts as a subject matter expert and works with legal and tech stakeholders to drive program success.



      Key job responsibilities
      Manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
      Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and using data to drive results.
      Partner with Ops business owners to identify and mitigate privacy and AI risks.
      Identify, gather, track, and report key program metrics to Ops leadership.
      Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
      Must be a good human that enjoys being part of a fun team.- 3+ years of program or project management experience
      - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
      - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
      - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
      - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
      - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
