What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and monitor the Privacy externally facing mailbox
- Support Privacy Vendor governance activities and Data Subject Request processing
- Maintain and update privacy documentation and manage knowledge related to privacy
- Identify process improvements and assist with the implementation of enhancements
- Provide on-call support for incident management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of Privacy Experience
- Customer privacy query resolution experience
- Experience in supporting cross-functional privacy initiatives such as GDPR, CCPA, or other compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple activities simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- IAPP Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, or CIPT
- Additional privacy qualifications or professional certifications
