      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support and coach a cohort of scholars through virtual and in-person experiences aimed at securing summer internships in private equity or investment banking
      - Evaluate and track student success using internal rubrics and roadmaps
      - Collect and manage data on student performance, reporting findings to relevant stakeholders
      - Develop and implement support systems grounded in best practices for coaching and cohort development
      - Research and integrate best practices from various organizations to enhance the effectiveness of coaching and support procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent; master's degree preferred in a relevant field
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically in Investment Banking or Private Equity
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data for decision-making
      - Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written, adaptable to various audiences
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the intersections of identity and job performance
      - Proven ability to design feedback loops and protocols for improving job performance
      - Strong Excel skills for data tracking and monitoring
      - Experience in a start-up environment
      - Willingness to travel occasionally for program and partner events
