WHAT YOU DO
You plan, coordinate, and execute a wide variety of private events, ensuring each one is tailored to the client’s vision and delivered with exceptional service. You serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process, handling everything from catering and décor to entertainment and logistics. You work cross-functionally with hotel departments to guarantee seamless event execution and oversee each phase—from setup to breakdown. In addition, you support sales by converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, showcasing event spaces, and developing business relationships with clients and vendors. You also manage administrative tasks, such as maintaining detailed records, overseeing billing, and preparing post-event reports to support continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
You are dedicated and detail-oriented with a strong background in luxury hospitality and event planning. With 2–3 years of experience in organizing high-end events, you bring a deep understanding of luxury service standards and the expectations of discerning clientele. You possess excellent communication skills, a warm and professional demeanor, and the ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure. Your passion for creating memorable guest experiences and your ability to build strong client relationships define your professional identity.
