      What it's about

      We are looking for entrepreneurial, business-building talent to join and grow one of our portfolio companies as part of our Private Markets Operator Development ("PMOD") Program.

      The PMOD program matches high performing talent with high impact roles at one of Partners Group's portfolio companies. PMOD is a structured, development program that provides an accelerated path to leadership positions within private markets.

      In this program, you will be assigned challenging targets which are aligned to the strategic plan of the portfolio company CEO and Board of Directors. The experience is designed to create future leaders at Partners Group's portfolio companies.

      As part of the PMOD program you will:

      • Grow within our portfolio, in a variety of different functions, including: Corporate Development, Internal Strategy & Consulting, Program Management Office, Product/BU Management, and Sales & Marketing.
      • Take ownership for CEO / Board of Director level value creation initiatives through impactful roles.
      • Solve interesting problems working with a variety of stakeholders.
      • Be provided with a structured mentorship program (portfolio company executive mentor and PG member of management sponsor).
      • Participate in structured quarterly and annual training events.

      What we expect

      We are looking for candidates who:

      • Want to be operators and leaders of companies.
      • Are entrepreneurs, and self-directed person, able to work effectively in ambiguity and complete tasks in demanding timelines and with competing priorities.
      • Are bright, driven, ambitious, curious and ready to work hard in an entrepreneurial environment where initiative, creativity, teamwork and enthusiasm for learning are highly valued.
      • Have strong quantitative skills – not necessarily from a financial or investment background.
      • Have excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication, able to engage and motivate others across all levels of seniority, from business owners and CEOs to junior staff.
