      Description

      Looking for PRN-CNA

      Working for Cuidado Casero Home Health and Hospice isn’t just a job. It’s a career where your skills and passion for delivering quality care make a positive difference to the clients and their families we serve.

      The CNA provides personal care and related services and works under the direction, instruction and supervision of the Registered Nurse and/or appropriate supervisor. Tasks will be assigned by and performed under the direct supervision of an RN who will be responsible for the patient care to be provided by the Home Health. The CNA needs empathetic communication skills, be flexible, and have respect for the patient’s privacy and property. A positive attitude is a must, dependable techniques in personal hygiene, good observation skills, reliability, and an understanding of the team concept.

      Qualifications


      EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & JOB REQUIREMENTS

      • Spanish Bilingual required
      • 1-2 years of health care experience preferred
      • Demonstrated ability to work with patients and employees
      • Must practice a high level of confidentiality and be able to effectively respond to questions from employees, managers and outside entities.
      • Must have knowledge and proficiency of office computer equipment and software.

      DRIVING & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

      Must have and maintain a valid state driver license, have a registered and reliable vehicle that meets state law standards, and meets the insurance standards of company.
