      Responsibilities

      Since 1987, Cumberland Hall has proudly provided mental health services to children, adolescents and adults in the Hopkinsville community. We are also dedicated to helping the specific needs of individuals serving in the military. Cumberland Hall Hospital provides a safe space for healing. Whether it's emotional, psychological or addiction issues, our patients receive support and encouragement from our staff and through specialized programs.

      Job Duties to include:

      • Demonstrates knowledge of human resources/payroll policies and procedures.
      • Generates and distributes PR reports at the end of each pay period.
      • Enters employee worked time into Time & Attendance System as necessary.
      • Receives all invoices, packing slips, receipts and purchase orders.


      Qualifications

      Payroll Coordinator Requirements:

      Education: High School Graduate or GED.

      Experience: Minimum of two year’s payroll and/or accounting experience.

      Knowledge: AS400, Kronos, and Lawson, preferred but not required.
