What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative and organizational support through content and record management
- Collaborate with the TxO Application Manager and Medical Librarian to enhance management processes
- Manage the lifecycle of policies, guidelines, and forms for accuracy and compliance
- Communicate effectively with leadership regarding content and records management initiatives
- Conduct audits of the intranet to identify and resolve information duplication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in library science, information science, or a related field
- Entry-level position; no experience required, but one (1) year of records management experience is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite; experience with SharePoint 2019 is preferred
- Strong problem-solving, customer service, and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge in searching, building taxonomies, and data management is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with content management systems and databases
- Health care or clinical knowledge and/or experience is preferred
