What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative and organizational support through content and record management
- Collaborate with the TxO Application Manager and Medical Librarian to optimize content management
- Manage the lifecycle of policies, guidelines, and forms for accuracy and compliance
- Act as a liaison between policy owners and leadership to resolve information issues
- Conduct audits of intranet content to identify and eliminate information redundancy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in library science, information science, or a related field
- Entry-level position; preferred one (1) year of experience in records management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; experience with SharePoint 2019 is preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of healthcare or clinical knowledge is advantageous

- Experience with content management systems and databases
- Skills in searching, building taxonomies, indexing, and data management
- Ability to teach in a virtual environment and learn new technologies
