      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative and organizational support for content and record management
      - Manage the lifecycle of policies, guidelines, and forms to ensure accuracy
      - Communicate effectively with leadership regarding content and records management initiatives
      - Serve as a liaison between policy owners and leadership to resolve information issues
      - Conduct regular audits of the intranet to identify information duplication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in library science, information science, or a related field
      - Entry-level position; no experience required, but one year of records management experience is preferred
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Suite; experience with SharePoint 2019 is preferred
      - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
      - Health care/clinical knowledge and/or experience is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with searching, building taxonomies, indexing, abstracting, and data management
      - Familiarity with content management systems and databases
      - Teaching experience in a virtual environment
