      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison to various departments in addressing coding, auditing, compliance, and training issues
      - Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of legal and regulatory information
      - Research and recommend corrective action plans to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
      - Assist in creating the CDQA Annual Audit Work-plan
      - Respond to inquiries and requests regarding coding and auditing issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma/GED required
      - Must possess at least one of the following license/certifications: RHIT, RHIA, CPC, CCS
      - Minimum of three (3) years experience in coding and/or auditing
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficient knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other third party payer documentation, coding, and billing regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Audit experience preferred
      - Certified Professional Coder (CPC) is essential
