Job Description
- Req#: REF7876H
- Renewals of official documents of the company (i.e., Trade license, Chamber of Commerce, CR, Traffic department, Municipality, Business Clearance, Customs clearance etc.).
- Supporting any legal issues in Company registrations.
- Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities & other significant Departments. Liaise with all government institution with regards fines, penalties or any inquiry.
- Process all pertinent documents in reference to the criteria of ministry of labour, government offices, ministry of foreign affairs in compliance with the laws and regulations.
- To liaise with authorities to ensure company compliance to local laws and regulations.
- To process local amendments in coordination with the authorities.
- Communicate all new laws or rules issued by government.
- Keep the Talent and Culture (HR) Department updated on labour related changes in relation labour and visa processing.
- Prepare and process applications in labour office as well as prepare on-line applications of immigration in compliance with Qatar laws and regulations.
- Handle applications for employment visa, QVC and Contracts attestation, business visa, residence visa, exit permit, driving license, etc.
- Issuing new and renewal of RP and Hamad Health Cards
- Responsible for keeping records of personnel for visas, labour cards, and other important documents to ensure that employees have a valid visa.
- Support the Talent & Culture (HR) Department administratively.
- Must be Arabic Speaker with excellent communication and writting skills
- Translating all required documents between Arabic to English or vice versa.
- Ability to Maintain absolute confidentiality of records.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Qatar Market
- Having PRO Hotel Experience is a plus
- Must be Locally available in QATAR
- With Qatar driving license
