Jouw nieuwe uitdaging als Procesoperator
Ben jij technisch ingesteld, werk je graag samen én zelfstandig, en heb je oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en procesverbetering? Dan pas jij perfect in ons team! Als Operator in onze moderne silica-productieplant speel je een belangrijke rol in het soepel laten verlopen van het productieproces.
Wat ga je doen?
· Voorbereiden van de productie, controleren van grondstoffen en recepturen
· Bedienen en bijsturen van installaties (in de controlekamer en op de vloer)
· Uitvoeren van in-procescontroles en standaardanalyses
· Signaleren van afwijkingen en verhelpen van storingen
· Klein onderhoud en schoon houden van je werkplek
· Werken volgens veiligheids-, milieu- en arboregels
· Registreren van procesgegevens en rapporteren aan collega’s en
leidinggevenden· op- en afregelen van delen van de fabriek t.b.v. onderhoudswerkzaamheden
Wat breng je mee?
· Een technische MBO-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld VAPRO B of vergelijkbaar
· Bij voorkeur ervaring in de (chemische) procesindustrie
· Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en bent een teamspeler
· Je bent flexibel en werkt graag in een volcontinu 5-ploegenrooster
· Kennis van veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieuregels
· VCA vereist en extra’s zoals VOP, BHV of een heftruckcertificaat zijn mooi
