      Position Summary

      The Process Analysis and Automation Specialist is a high-skilled and reliable expert in process mapping, continuous improvement and process automation through RPA software.
      S/he will be in charge of managing multiple projects inside the Business Innovation Unit, aiming at (1) engaging stakeholders and collect their requests, (2) analysing such requests on the basis of the current process and (3) recommend improvements and/or the use of RPA (Power Automate) bots and (4) monitor the advancements of the project and validate the initial tests. (5) Monitoring the roll-out of the process and perform process maintenance, solving any requested troubleshooting
      To this end, s/he will collaborate with external RPA developers in order to transfer the correct requirements, assumptions, tools to be used and quality expectations.
      As a key part of this role, s/he needs to communicate frequently and effectively with internal Customers (especially Finance, Sales Operations, Logistics, Biz. Controlling) to coordinate the projects and to perform troubleshooting; furthermore, as part of the Business innovation team, he/she will drive the innovation in the process management activities in order to increase reliability, timeliness and efficiency.

      Role and Responsibilities

      Key Responsibilities

      Manage RPA projects and their maintenance

      • Meet relevant stakeholders to collect needs and requirements about automation initiatives

      • Evaluate feasibility of automation and the potential saving of human effort (ROI)

      • Define and prioritize the portfolio of projects and their priority

      • Translate unstructured requirements into process mappings and technical requirements

      • Coordinate with the RPA developer to guide the project

      • Verify the flows and perform the initial tests

      • Certify the solution with the relevant stakeholders and schedule the go-live

      • Be the first line of support in case issues with existing RPA flows

      • Monitor that all RPA flows are performing correctly

      Support process analysis and project management

      • Support other initiatives/projects concerning process continuous improvements by providing further analyses, project charters and mappings, stakeholders engagement

      • Meet relevant stakeholders to collect needs and requirements

      • Translate unstructured requirements into process mappings and technical requirements

      • Certify the solution with the relevant stakeholders and schedule the go-live

      Skills and Qualifications

      Qualifications/Requirements

      • Fluent English and Italian both in speaking and writing

      • At least 2-3 years experiences in process analysis or technical project management, as part of Multinational or Global Corporations or Consulting company

      • Basic knowledge of RPA software and its capabilities (advanced knowledge is preferred)

      • Basic knowledge of Business/Sales Operations

      • Strong Analytical skills and communication skills

      • Precision, attention to details and a taste for lean operations

      • Good knowledge of Management Information systems (like ERP and Business Intelligence/Dashboarding tools)

      • Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize analyses and actions autonomously
