      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as subject matter expert for a single ITSM process and assist in its integration with other support processes
      - Provide education and training to colleagues on responsible processes and maintain accurate process documentation
      - Utilize key performance indicators to assess and improve the effectiveness of standardized processes
      - Review process documentation to ensure compliance with industry best practices
      - Report regularly on progress towards goals and objectives, completing management requests by due dates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and three (3) years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of three (3) years supporting business process automation in a service management environment
      - Strong organizational and facilitation skills with cross-functional meetings
      - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ITIL v3 Foundations Certification
      - Experience supporting Healthcare systems
      - Advanced proficiency with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, Visio)
      - Ability to interface with internal technical staff, application staff, hospital client users, and external vendors
