- Perform formal internal and external ASPICE assessments for HARMAN Automotive Division in the role as Lead Assessor ASPICE
- Support external ASPICE assessments regarding preparation in the role and act as Co-Assessor
- Publish ASPICE Assessment reports, including maintain repository of reports and submitting necessary information to INTACs
- Perform ASPICE trainings for program teams in preparation for an ASPICE Assessment
- Collect and evaluate lessons learned, identify patterns in the assessment results and derive process improvements within our Business Management System (BMS), process trainings and coaching the teams on ASPICE expectations
- Coach and support teams in ASPICE non-conformances, this includes providing details to process owners on how to make improvements in work products and execution in order to maintain and sustain a L2 rating
- Using the Lessons Learned from multiple assessments, assess process suitability and efficiency
- Plan and manage process improvement definition activities in HARMAN’s BMS
- Review and approve process artifacts
- Support process piloting and rollout
- Support development of training material
- Update BMS process modelling tool
- Tool Support / Creation for traceability, i.e. KLERA, ALM, etc.
- Provide input to RFQs as related to Customer Quality and ASPICE requirements
- Hold monthly ASPICE Assessor meetings within HARMAN to review assessment schedules for current and upcoming assessments, assign assessor/co-assessor roles, and review upcoming customer requirements
- Manage the database of INTACs IDs for HARMAN’s assessors/co-assessors, guide new members who wish to take on becoming ASPICE Assessors and help to coordinate such trainings
- Handle VDA corporate contract negotiations. and maintain records of corporate contract communications
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical education
- INTACs certification as Competent Assessor Automotive SPICE
- At least 10-15 years of industry experience with hands on experience in Software Development and implementing CMMI-DEV or Automotive SPICE (VDA Scope) Level 3
- Knowledge about industry standards like CMMi, SQIL and ISO9001Automotive SPlCE
- Strong negotiation and coaching skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Skills for effectively managing geographically distributed teams involving multiple partners and engineering teams working on multiple programs
- Understand business requirements and technical implementation of distributed services
- English (business fluent), German speaking skills is a plus
- Additional certifications as e.g. Volkswagen Software Quality improvement Leader – SQIL, INTACs Assessor Automotive SPICE for Cybersecurity, experience with audit and assessments tools, e.g. Sharpen 360 TRACE are a plus
- Willingness to travel globally

The Process Architect will have the responsibility of Provisional Assessor for conducting ASPICE assessments for Automotive Division programs, by assessing our programs to adherence of HARMAN’s Business Management System for ASPICE L3 compliance. The incumbent must have an insatiable drive for quality in aspects of coaching teams to drive down cost of quality while providing global support for definition and adherence to standard processes for Automotive Division programs.
