      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Stay updated on changing fraud trends and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate resources
      - Verify authorizations through return calls from cardholders
      - Contact financial institutions regarding suspicious cardholder activities
      - Resolve suspicious phone calls transferred from customer service
      - Ensure adherence to all operations and compliance procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Knowledge of principles and processes related to fraudulent activities and prevention measures
      - Excellent customer service skills focused on customer satisfaction
      - Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in banking or credit, debit, and prepaid card processes
      - Background in live-chat roles and/or inbound/outbound calling
      - Familiarity with fraud applications and systems, such as Falcon, Data Navigator, and CMSe
