What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer incoming calls from cardholders and financial institutions regarding fraud and dispute claims
- Gather detailed information to support cardholder chargeback rights and provide claim updates
- Handle customer escalation calls with urgency and professionalism
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
- Maintain departmental production and quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of one year of call center customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in PC knowledge and MS Office applications
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced inbound call environment
- Strong ability to de-escalate customer emotions and retain customers through positive interactions
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Demonstrated reliability with a solid attendance record and positive performance reviews
