  Operations Associate @ TCS Chennai/Indore Role: French Translator Location: Chennai/Indore Job Description: Activities include - Monitoring & following up on outstanding payments and collections etc. QC and MIS Role of Maker/Checker: 1-5 Years’ experience Processing commercial/corporate account setup, QC and related services for US/Canadian corporate/commercial French customers and ensuring adherence to TAT and Accuracy SLAs Ensure certification as Maker and Checker Driving control and risk management activities for self Maintain high order of timekeeping and attendance – Zero instances of unplanned absenteeism Ensure availability for knowledge capture and transfer sessions, daily huddles and timely log-in " Skills: "We are looking to recruit a French language (non-voice) certified candidate with BFSI and preferably corporate/commercial Account Setup and related Service experience. The individual will function as a Maker or Checker subject to performance. The project is based out of Chennai and Indore. Candidate should be willing to work out of TCS locations. The candidate is required to work in US night shift and be flexible to work in rotational shifts. Holidays are as declared and approved by Client (US/Canadian holidays). Tentative time being 5:30-7:30 PM to 3:30-5:30 AM IST with +- of an hour. Mandatory skills: Graduate/PG Certified French Language expert Experience in BFSI back-office - Exceptions may be considered on case-to-case basis subject to candidate’s current experience Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work across business groups and in a team environment Good proficiency in Excel and Outlook Strong collaboration and relationship management skills High sense of urgency with ability to drive results Customer focused, enthusiastic and flexible approach - ability to learn new technologies/ applications quickly Desired skills: Working knowledge of US corporate/Commercial Account Setup and Service experience Self-starter, able to establish relationships and transcend multiple cross-functional/divisional boundaries.
