      Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate - Insurance Claims

      In this role, you will be responsible for active participation in transitioning and stabilizing client processes. Handle insurance claims related functions like Intake & FNOL claim setup etc

      Responsibilities:

      • Good knowledge of Insurance / Claim processing
      • Entry of Information related to personal details, provider details, invoice information etc.
      • Identify duplicate Claims and take appropriate action
      • Responsible to understand and comprehend, good customer service attitude to clearly articulate the resolution

      Qualifications we seek in you

      Minimum Qualifications

      • Graduate except MCom, BTech, BSC etc

      Preferred skills:

      • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
      • Ability to communicate verbally and through emails with businesses
      • Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement and an open mind to change
      • Ability to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted
      • Time Management and ability to complete assignments within deadlines
      • Exercising excellent customer service skills at all times. This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or email.
      • The ability to use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data, to process information, and as a form of communication with customers and others in the company
      • The ability to use relevant information and individual judgment to determine the best possible solution to any situation.

      Technical skills:

      • Excellent command on Excel spreadsheets, MS word and internet from day to day operations delivery standpoint
