      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Define modern approaches to process management and governance for a rapid microservices software delivery model
      - Ensure efficient and effective engineering support for products in the field through process governance
      - Develop and drive strategic improvements in product, process, and support in collaboration with Customer Service and Product Management
      - Track, review, and report on escalations and outages to enhance support delivery efficiency
      - Provide regular reports and executive updates to highlight improvements in engineering support and customer impact

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline with 6 years of related work experience, or equivalent experience
      - Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
      - Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.)
      - Engineering product development process experience
      - Customer support experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline with 6 years of related work experience, or equivalent experience
      - Large system (Hardware and Software) design or support experience
      - Experience supporting or delivering Cloud and On-Premise based products or deployments
      - Hands-on and leadership experience in Customer Service or Engineering Support
      - Experience with industry certification standards such as ISO and CMMI, as well as compliance standards like PCI, HIPAA, IRAP, HITRUST, and FedRAMP
