What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sample and inspect products and record results on control charts
- Operate quality inspection instruments and perform necessary calculations
- Initiate Material Review Reports and address quality issues on the production line
- Aid in problem-solving for manufacturing challenges and assist with special requests
- Comply with safety and quality regulations, ensuring adherence to standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of quality-related experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Ability to maintain certification on all processes in the department
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control as per Standard Operating Procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with quality inspection instruments and data analysis
- Participation in Continuous Improvement teams or related activities
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in a healthcare-related setting
