      The KINTO US team is seeking a Process Coordinator to help support our process maturity initiative and to manage our vehicle onboarding process with the Mobility Operations team. You will report directly to the KINTO Marketing and Customer Experience Manager and indirectly to the Mobility Operations Sr. Manager. For part of this role, you will help document operating procedures for our call center agents and help with knowledge management. For the other part, you will support vehicle onboarding activities such as title management, inventory management, and help respond to customer inquiries.

      What you'll be doing:
      Process & Operations Management
      · Manage the process for vehicle onboarding, offboarding, and inventory tracking.
      · Manage the license and title process, track registration status, manage vehicle registration renewals, and support the vehicle remarketing process.
      · Provide support to stakeholder inquiries.
      · Identify process improvement opportunities and help with the redesign.

      Knowledge Management
      · Develop standardized responses and templates for customer agents to utilize for chat and email conversations, aiming to enhance the quality and consistency of customer interactions.
      · Create, publish, and manage documents such as operational procedures, job aids, and reference guides.
      · Facilitate regular reviews with SMEs, ensuring their insights are incorporated to maintain document accuracy and completeness.
      · Help ensure documents comply with legal and compliance requirements, KINTO language, writing style, structure, and format standards.


      Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves) – Highlight Top 3-5 skills
      · At least 3 years of process management or equivalent experience
      · Experience creating standard operating procedures or similar documentation
      · Highly skilled with MS Excel and PowerPoint
      · Experience facilitating meetings

      Added bonus if you have (Preferred):
      · Fleet management experience
      · Experience working with call center agents
