      Job Description:

      Accountable for the development, improvement and execution of processes in support of Performance Plan objectives within or across lines of business. Focus is on long-term strategic goals. Ensures full integration of all process and linkage to best practices. Accountable for the achievement of breakthrough productivity, customer satisfaction and continuous process improvements. Works closely with the business executive or deployment champions. May be responsible for managing, training and developing associates on the team.

      Responsibilities:

      • Effectively analyses Consumer Lending process and audit results and determines and implements highly complex solutions designed to resolve issues, implement controls, and improve efficiency and effectiveness for the front line unit.
      • Analyzes, builds requirements, and implements highly complex technology-based projects.
      • This position will primarily support processes in the 1st Mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing area; however, incumbent may be assigned to any product, process, or functional area within Consumer Lending and may float between product areas as required.
      • Implements projects designed to meet evolving compliance and risk policy and develops/manages highly complex project plans.

      Required Qualifications:

      • Direct Consumer Lending front line unit or control function experience is required
      • Strong Process Design and Project Management Background
      • Demonstrated success working in Matrix organization
      • Proficient in problem analysis and solution design
      • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
      • Strong process analytic ability
      • Strong Presentation skills
      • Good business judgment for risk/reward trade offs
      • Strong Financial Analysis Skills
      • Executive presence and ability to lead meetings, including meetings with executive participants
      • Ability to influence senior leadership

      Desired Qualifications:

      • 5+ years of Process Design and Project Management experience
      • Issues Management Experience
      • Holds established, effective stakeholder relationships with Consumer Lending front line unit or key control partners
      • Experience in 1st mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing
