- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Chartered Engineer status (CEng) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within the process industry.
- Experience working in an operations facing role.
- Experience of reactive chemistry operations is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of equipment sizing, heat and mass transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
- Experience in engineering capital projects, either supporting or executing in an industrial context.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
- Occasional travel to plant sites will be required – 30% travel.

- Develops engineering designs that meet customer needs, are cost-effective, and have a positive effect on plant safety, operating costs, quality, service, and personnel.
The Regional Process Design Engineer will provide engineering support for all aspects of process design at our EMEAI manufacturing sites. This role involves leading site support for capital projects, continuous improvement, and standardization initiatives, while serving as the representative for the regional engineering team within the global process chemistry community. The ideal candidate will drive advancements in process design and collaborate closely with the EMEAI Regional Engineering Team.
This role can be based in any of our EMEAI sites / countries. Ideal locations would include: Italy, UK, Germany, Netherlands and France.
