      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform conceptual and detailed designs for various industries
      - Utilize best practices and industry knowledge to solve complex engineering problems
      - Coordinate with other disciplines, project management, and clients to ensure fully-coordinated projects
      - Support field construction efforts and perform quality reviews on designs
      - Mentor junior engineers and participate in the development of proposals, budgets, and schedules

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
      - Minimum 3+ years of experience in engineering design as a facilities/plant engineer or consulting engineer
      - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in teams
      - Willingness to travel

      - 5+ years of experience in engineering design
