- A full-time position (32 to 40 hours negotiable) in day shifts
- Salary: € 3.295,- to € 4.800,- gross per month based on 40 hours, with growth potential up to € 5.002,- depending on experience
- 25 vacation days, expandable to 39 for full-time employment
- 8% holiday allowance

- You investigate and analyze existing applications to understand their internal design and specifications. These insights will be used to solve disruptions, seek improvements, or evaluate alternatives. You work closely with operational colleagues and combine your technical insights with practical knowledge.
- Your tasks include:
- Analyzing, monitoring, and improving applications and processes, and resolving disruptions;
- Monitoring and following up on projects in the available tools;
- Advising on new & innovative solutions;
- Developing, presenting, and explaining improvement proposals to management, your customer, and operations;
- Collaborating closely with your own team and other departments such as inbound, outbound, and inventory;
- Data management and visualization.
- You have strong analytical skills, communicate easily, and have a feel for logistics. With your energy and insight, you bring both processes and people into motion.
- Strong communication skills, independent and proactive;
- Continuous improvement mindset and curiosity;
- Excellent skills in MS Access, MS Excel, and VBA;
- A few years of experience in a similar role;
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus;
- Experience in Reverse Engineering is a plus;
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus;
- Experience in contract logistics is a plus;
- You live in the area of Beringe (Netherlands).
