      Responsibilities:

      As a Process Engineer @ Freudenberg Sealing Technologies (FST), you will be at the forefront of refining and enhancing processes within our Business Unit. Your contributions will be instrumental in advancing quality, productivity, and cost-efficiency. Collaborating closely with the Operations team, you will lead initiatives to elevate both the performance of plant assets and overall operational effectiveness.

      Your impact:

      • Lead and Drive Results: Take the lead on actions that support our cadence, quality, and cost objectives, driving improvements that impact our core business performance.

      • Equipment and Standards Management: Prepare technical specifications for new equipment, ensuring compliance at every stage and developing optimized tools and machine standards for production.

      • Training and Knowledge Sharing: Create and deliver impactful training sessions to ensure all team members are equipped with the latest process insights and techniques.

      • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Participate in continuous improvement groups and initiate cross-functional projects to elevate efficiency, quality, and process standards.

      • Autonomous Project Management: Independently oversee your projects, provide regular updates on progress, and collaborate effectively to define shared solutions that meet all requirements.

      • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all health, safety, and environmental standards are met, adhering to local regulations and corporate standards.

      Qualifications:

      Skills & Experience:

      • Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, ideally with a specialization in Production Engineering.

      • Expertise in Vision Control: Strong experience with automatic vision control systems, enhancing product quality and process reliability.

      • Language Skills: Fluent in French and English (B2 level), enabling effective communication within our international team.

      Skills needed to be successful in this role:

      • Technical Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, especially in automation and vision technologies, and to collaborate effectively across sectors.

      • Analytical Agility: Skilled at performing comprehensive technical and economic analyses to inform decision-making; adaptable to change and complexity.

      • Solution-Oriented Mindset: Ability to draft technical specifications, conduct functional tests, and implement processes that align with business goals.
