      Summary of Role
      Our team is part of the CFM & Metrology department and delivers inline-measurement data for monitoring and process control to ensure best-in-class quality products.
      We are looking for a highly motivated candidate to fill the role of a CDSEM process engineer in our interdisciplinary team.

      Essential Responsibilities

      • You work in a small team of experienced metrology engineers within the CFM & Metrology department

      • You create high quality CDSEM recipes for flawless execution of production inline measurements

      • You support development activities by delivering CDSEM recipes for new processes and prototyping

      • You monitor and ensure inline recipe performance as well as matching based on KPI's and quality parameters

      • You perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner to keep up the highest quality standards

      • You work in cross-functional teams to contribute to or drive improvement projects

      • You support internal customers like manufacturing modules and process integration with measurements

      Required Qualifications

      • Bachelor or Master/Diploma degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry or similar

      • Basic understanding of semiconductor processes and inline measurement methods

      • First experiences in Semiconductor Industry and Scanning Electron Microscopy are beneficial

      • Efficient and accurate working style

      • Good interpersonal skills, energetic and self-starter

      • Strong organizational skills

      • Ability to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs, deadlines and commitments

      • Excellent oral and written communication skills (German and English)
