      Process Improvement Consultant – Salary circa 45.000 National/ circa £50.000 London

      A bit about the job:

      As part of the home claims Peril Strategy and Best Practise team, your role will involve engaging Subject Matter Experts to map processes and use data to identify waste and validate pain-points across the E2E system including ongoing Continuous Improvement activities thereafter.

      Our new colleague will collaborate alongside with Operational Business Leads and other key stakeholders in the business. You will make recommendations on best practice and process re-design. You will work with the team to deliver improvement initiatives and in agreed timescales.

      The new team member will be working with operational areas and functional support areas as well as the business leaders to ensure the business processes are delivering optimal outcomes. You’ll also be responsible for understanding key risk and governance implications in relation to process improvement activity.

      Skills and experience we’re looking for:

      • A highly motivated self-starter.
      • Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
      • Knowledge process improvement methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma / Systems Thinking)
      • Ability to map and analyse business processes, collate, and analyse large data sets and develop improvement initiatives from such work.
      • Has a continuous Improvement Mindset with experience of process improvement in Financial Services.

      • Starting salary circa 45.000 National/ circa £50.000 London (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
