  Process Engineer (m/w/d)

  Corporate Innovation leads at global level the process creation and activities related to new solutions from technology assessment, market analysis and valuation of new solutions to research, pre-development, validation, and achievement of the first RFIs and RFQs.

  Misson:

  On-time delivery of processes, tools, equipment and infrastructure for the economic production of products under industrial series conditions, in the quality, quantity and
  other specifications required by the customer and under consideration legal or company regulations and regulations.

  Responsibilities:

  • Define the process and create a schedule incl. calculation of capacities
  • Production timing and creation layout
  • Create specifications, start the purchasing process and provide technical support for purchasing
  • Technical support of suppliers
  • Acceptance of equipment, tools, equipment
  • Commissioning and optimization of the linked series process
  • Conducting and documenting performance tests (Run @ Rate)
  • Release and handover to the production
  • Documentation in the Global Pro System

  What we are looking for:

  • An academic degree in Engineering (mechanical engineering, production technology or similar)
  • Experience in the automotive sector (2-4 yrs.) and in process engineering as well as in plastic technology
  • Process knowledge of the corresponding tools and equipment
  • Experience in working on projects and dealing with customers and suppliers
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills are indispensable
  • Very good user skills of MS-Office and basic CAD (2D and AutoCAD)
  • Team player, responsible, flexible, respectful and slef-desciplined
