      Job Description

      Responsibilities:

      • Assist with process development on semiconductor process equipment in the memory applications space at a customer site.
      • Setup experiments in the fab.
      • Characterize and analyze test data to determine appropriate limits.
      • Report on findings and provide direction for further improvement.
      • Performs simple maintenance on the applications lab equipment as needed.
      • Responsible for quality processing of all material processed through the TEL equipment.
      • Assist with chamber startups / tool troubleshooting activities.
      • Monitor and maintain stable tool traces.
      • Provide input on process and machine issues and work with the team/factory to find solutions.

      Requirements:

      • Pursuing Undergraduate Degree in: Nano science or engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics, etc.
      • Familiarity with general semiconductor fabrication processes, plasma etching, and/or organic chemistry
      • Experience with Statistical Design and Analysis of Experiment methods
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Must be able to work in teams as well as individually
      • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship.
