Contribute to the optimal set-up of the workstations and production lines.

Secure KPIs such as efficiency, HPV, ergonomics, safety, quality etc. in close cooperation with the production teams.

During the last year of the project phase, 2026, the focus will be on trimming the equipment, building a pre-series of cars, making instructions and training operators.

Together with your manager and your process engineering colleagues, you will build and develop your team. This includes the guidance of process technicians.

Build efficiency of the process elimination of waste of time, money, variation, materials, man-hours, machine time, quality losses etc.

Support and ensure production in line balancing e.g., line speed changes and introduction of new products/processes.

Responsible for line layout (including material facade, placement of tooling etc.) in running operation.

You’ll apply lean fundamentals as a natural way of working.

Your background is a technical bachelor’s degree or at least +5 years of relevant experience. You have leadership and communication skills.

Experience from running production in car manufacturing Paint Shop will be highly respected. If you have experience from other shops, it is also meritorious as well as other engineering roles.

You need extensive collaboration and networking skills, and you should be able to communicate in written and spoken English.

We are now looking for Process Engineers for the project phase as well as running production in our future Paint Shop. Do you want to be part of setting up the new production plant in Kosice, Slovakia? This is a fantastic opportunity for you to develop and design your process area (Pre-treatment, Sealing or Painting) in a best-in-class Paint Shop.
