· Leads the Process Engineering group within the Operations group to ensure continuous improvements in quality, yield, cost, productivity, and cycle time.

· Coordinates with Manufacturing, equipment engineering, and other support functions to execute business plans.

· Takes a leadership role in addressing major yield and quality issues and making a conscious effort in driving zero repeat issues

· Effectively communicates all relevant information to the process engineering group.

· Ensures conformance of organization to processes and controls.

· Executes timely key projects.

· Leads the process engineering team to meet or exceed KPI targets.

Qualifications

· Degree in engineering or related field.

· A master’s degree is an added advantage

· At least 8 years of manufacturing experience, a minimum of 5 years of which is at the supervisory level.

· Possesses strong leadership skills with a good understanding of total customer satisfaction.

· Able to lead and motivate subordinates to achieve organizational goals.

· Able to plan and execute plans effectively.

· Able to meet budgetary requirements.

· Effective organization building.

· Possesses sound business and financial knowledge.

· Possesses sound analytical thinking and goal-setting skills

· Able to effectively resolve conflicts while maintaining total objectivity.

· Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

· Sound knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, TPM, 5S, PFMEA, IATF16949, ISO14001, RBA.

· Coaching skills to develop and retain key talents.
