      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical transfer plans
      - Optimize manufacturing processes to ensure successful scale-up of production
      - Identify and mitigate risks to the transfer process and drive continuous improvement initiatives
      - Develop and implement process improvements to optimize process performance
      - Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, biochemical/biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, automation engineering, or related engineering field
      - 8 years of experience with process equipment and operations
      - Exposure to general cGMP standards and industry engineering
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
      - Technical documentation review and revision experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with FDA requirements and industry best practices for IVDR
