      The Process Engineering Technician is responsible for performing all technician tasks and duties assigned to them by a Process Engineer. Will work alongside a Process Engineer and report to the Manager of Process Engineering.


      Supervisory Responsibilities

      This position is not expected to have supervisory responsibilities.

      Duties

      • Verify all tooling and assist with their installation
      • Verify machine set ups and if required assist with the required adjustments
      • Analyze Data to determine areas to focus on for continuous improvement
      • Troubleshooting day to day issues
      • Assist Process Engineer with developing and testing new processes and projects
      • Assist in the dispositions of component and product related anomalies
      • Assist in training and verification of operators to the SOP process
      • Education: High School or two-year vocational degree
      • Skills: MS Office and technical report writing

      Physical Demands

      While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; bend; kneel; push, pull and/or lift to 50 pounds at any given time. Required to work in an environment that is not climate controlled.
