      What We Are Seeking

      We are looking for the best talent in the industry to support Bizagi’s rapid growth across Latam. As a Process Improvement Consultant, you will analyze, propose, and implement process improvements with Bizagi based on industry’s best practices.

      Key Tasks & Accountabilities

      • Investigate industry’s best practices and identify new approaches and solutions to business issues identified through process analysis.

      • Propose process improvements to promote business agility, innovation, and collaboration.

      • Design, automate, and integrate processes in Bizagi to gather, update and monitor information to improve organizational productivity.

      • Document processes according to defined standards to guarantee standardization, control, and maintenance of organization’s intellectual capital.

      • Monitor and support a collaborative culture based on technological tools and solutions that delivers on time and on budget to enable organizational efficiency.

      • Manage required help from users by providing support, training, and guaranteeing applications correct performance.

      Academic and professional qualifications

      Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, electronic engineering, industrial engineering, or alike.

      Skills

      • HTML
      • Postman or SOAPUI
      • SQL
      • Azure, .NET, DevOps, BPM, APIs, SOA
      • Bizagi

      Experience

      • 3+ years participating in projects related to process improvements

      • Process management and documentation

      • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

      • BPM tools management (Bizagi)

      Languages

      • English level: B1 (Minimum)
