      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with executive leadership to identify and implement Lean Six Sigma projects aimed at reducing costs and improving client satisfaction
      - Lead consultative projects with major impact across the enterprise, managing all aspects of project life cycles
      - Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective communication and training for successful project execution
      - Develop a strong understanding of business processes to provide accurate guidance and support to leadership and project teams
      - Review documentation and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and drive continuous process enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or product development OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or product development
      - Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and change management practices
      - Proven experience in risk and control identification and partnering with risk management
      - Ability to apply structured problem-solving methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma and Value Stream Mapping
      - Familiarity with ARIS BPMN Software or other BPMN Software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in process improvement, consulting, and process modeling at a large financial institution
      - Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or a comparable certification
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
      - Experience in developing business cases for process improvement initiatives
