What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead process improvement opportunities by developing process maps, performance metrics, and control plans
- Participate in strategic assessments and support relevant deliverables through data collection and analysis
- Facilitate FOX topics, including problem statements and root cause analysis
- Document current and target state processes using SIPOC and value-stream mapping tools
- Manage working teams through FOX and improvement projects, providing regular leadership updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in internal operations and/or customer-facing services
- 3+ years of experience in problem-solving and data collection, reporting, and analysis
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives with quantifiable benefits
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or higher certification
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred

- Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
- Experience in a highly regulated industry and compliance environment
- Familiarity with complex, interconnected systems and business processes
- Experience working in a matrix environment
- Advanced statistics/data analysis experience
