      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate process improvement teams dedicated to enhancing organizational outcomes
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor compliance with quality measures for patient outcomes
      - Collect and analyze data from process improvement initiatives and develop action plans
      - Utilize various tools for data collection and reporting, including Excel, Access, and Visio
      - Act as a change agent to ensure process improvement initiatives are effectively communicated and supported

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field
      - Minimum of two years of quality management or process improvement experience
      - Knowledge of qualitative improvement tools and methodologies
      - Ability to build and manage relationships within the department and organization
      - Willingness to travel within the UTMB Health System

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in healthcare quality and/or Six Sigma
