  Join our dynamic team, where we are committed to driving process consistency and continuous improvement in our pricing processes. We are looking for a passionate and innovative individual to support our commercial organization and lead process innovation initiatives.

  
  Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing Process Execution and Continuous Improvement: Support operational pricing execution and enhance value by identifying and eliminating unnecessary complexities in business processes. Lead process improvement and develop best-in-class execution solutions.
  • Project Management: Take ownership of change initiatives, drive process change through various methodologies, and ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with team members to create new support materials and actively monitor project risks.
  • Technology Implementation: Develop sophisticated Power BI dashboards and manage commercial data sources. Ensure seamless integration of processes, tools and data.

  This is what you bring

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS)
    • Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in process optimization, business data analytics, preferably pricing related.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and DAX coding is essential.
  • Experience with SAP (Fiori) and driving business performance through data analytics.
  • Strong background in data analytics, data management, automation, and application development.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written. Proficiency in at least one other European language is strongly preferred.
