      Job Description:

      The process improvement specialist is responsible for coordinating the implementation of key strategic projects that involve direct interaction with various departments such as IT, operations, clinical personnel, and physician executives. The primary focus of the role is to establish and improve processes. The process improvement specialist will take the lead in developing strategies, designing, implementing, and executing assigned projects. They will act as a liaison between clinical departments throughout the organization, including the entire USFTGP enterprise. Additionally, the specialist will play a crucial role in managing and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement both within their assigned areas and throughout USFTGP. Key skills will include project management and facilitation, building relationships with physicians, operators, IT, marketing, and other stakeholders. The specialist will also be involved in data analysis, strategic planning, and thinking, demonstrating technical expertise, and actively solving problems. Overall, the process improvement specialist will contribute to the organization's goals by driving process improvement initiatives and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across various departments.

      Qualifications:

      Bachelor’s Degree (Healthcare, Business Administration, Operations Management, Communication,
      and Information Technology)

      Bachelor’s degree and 4 YOE or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

      Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, PDCA, Agile, etc.
