      Process Improvement Specialized Internship 2026

      The Process Improvement Specialized Internship is a full-time summer experience for college students in their penultimate or final year undergraduate and recent graduate that combines a real work experience with professional development activities focused on process improvement.

      For 10 weeks, interns will work on projects performing activities such as time studies, statistical data analysis, process mapping, among others.

      Requirements:

      The ideal candidates must:

      - Be studying Industrial Engineering

      - Must be completing their penultimate or final year of undergraduate studies, graduating in 2026 or having graduated in 2025.

      - Authorization to work in U.S. and territories

      - Have a GPA of 3.00 or more

      - Hava availability to work full-time for 10 weeks during summer

      Majors:

      Industrial Engineering

      Other Qualifications

      - Experience with tools such as Minitab, Power BI, Excel, and/or any other data analysis and visualization platform.

      - Ability to research and synthesize relevant information.

      - Previous internship experience in project management or process improvement using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is preferred.

      - Excellent communication skills and proficiency of the English and Spanish language, both oral and written.

      - Excellent interpersonal relationships, and ability to work and interact with different teams to collaborate with other business units.

      - Excellent communication and presentation skills.

      - Being driven and curious to understand and solve complex problems is a must.

      - Preferably completed the following courses: Probability and Statistics, Work Measurement, Quality Control, and Cost Analysis and Control.
