KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
The Process is industrialized in accordance with the HQRi approach (referential) and the expected deadlines. The risks of not achieving the expected performances are anticipated and the treatment of R1, R2 and R3 risks is demonstrated
Customer needs : Product Performance, Industrial Performance (SMQDCP) are taken into account and translated into the CdCf and/or functional analysis
Change and operational risks are assessed and covered by validation plans and quality plans
Capability measurements are finalized and analyzed during the process industrialization phases
The MTP rules (Reduction of variations) are taken into account and shared with plants
Measurement processes are integrated and validated into the process validation approach
The Process Technical File (DTP) is filled and available for local teams. The supporting documentation (AMDEC, Operating modes, Maintenance Plans, ISBL, Engineering Acceptance Protocol, etc.) is also provided to the operational teams.
The introduction of new technologies is anticipated, industrial impacts are identified following the implementation of observation plans
Factory requests for assistance related to SMQDC performance drifts are handled with the required responsiveness. The effectiveness of the actions implemented is demonstrated.
Technical standards and specifications are defined and made available.
Good practices, technical expertise and issues are shared within the networks in his field.
New data requirements (DATA) are identified and transcribed into the CDCf of the new processes
Performance analyses or causes of variations are performed based on a digital data mining and exploitation data approachThe technical expertise process and HQRI is transmitted and sustainably contributes to the development of the skills of the actors involved in the processes of its field
