Job Description
- Req#: R0029036
- Preventive maintenance, general repair of all process equipment and related equipment.
- Perform equipment setups and changeovers for process equipment.
- Failure diagnosis, trouble shooting, and repair of process equipment.
- Provide technical assistance to production.
- Rebuild equipment and components on a routine basis.
- Modify process equipment when necessary to improve performance and reliability.
- Participate in training programs in order to enhance and maintain personal technical skills.
- Operate all process equipment, tools, vehicles and computers necessary to trouble shoot or repair the equipment.
- Keep maintenance records
- Communicate effectively with other technicians and personnel in order to efficiently work as a team to repair and maintain all process equipment
- Purchase and maintain all tools on the tool list and more tools if necessary
- Clean up after yourself and maintain a clean and sanitary maintenance shop and toolbox
- Perform any other tasks necessary to the efficient production of a quality product as needed or when asked by your supervisor
- Two (2) years of experience maintaining automated industrial equipment or equivalent formal technical training and work experience
- Knowledge of electrical and electronics controls
- Exercises personal safety on the job and demonstrates a commitment to the safety of others and our products
- Possess above average mechanical, electrical and electronic aptitude
- Be self-directed, self-motivated, industrious, creative, and have the desire to help others excel
- Willing and able to work in a team environment.
- Must be an effective communicator both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Practices good personal hygiene and keeps a clean work area
- PC literate
- Tools required
- Safety shoes first day on the job
- Possess a good overall work and safety record
- Four (4) years of experience in general industrial maintenance
- Industrial mechanical, electrical, packaging or process maintenance experience
- Weld proficiently in steel and stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron and be proficient in the use of an acetylene torch
- Hydraulic, Pneumatic experience or training

Pay
$26.55 - $32.44 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Plus $2.00 shift premium for 3rd ShiftSchedule
Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm – 6:30am
Clock out for lunch & other days and hours as needed
