      What You'll do:

      • The Business Process Modeling Analyst is responsible for facilitating the capture and maintenance of process flow diagrams and related business process requirements. Develop and maintain Process Modeling.

      • Responsible for ensuring BPM (Business Process Management) governance strategies and methodologies are followed.

      • Drive process optimization, recommends improvements, and evaluates change requests from the business.

      • Have strong technical skills in ARIS modeling, or a comparable product, using SAP Architecture to create new and update existing model as needed in the project.

      • Establish Process Management and educate the organization on the process management.

      • Conduct and/or support process discovery sessions and FIT/GAP analysis.

      • Facilitate process modeling and design sessions and facilitate process discovery and requirements sessions with process owners and functional leaders.

      • Support process participants and practitioners in executing standard documented processes.

      • Support Continuous Improvement, process practitioners in capturing measurements, process owners with reporting on measurements and performance.

      • Understand and align with the desired outcomes of process management, understand how to apply BPM practices and techniques, and help others embrace its principles.

      • Translate activities, decisions, roles, data and other process requirements into a working process model and diagrams.

      • Facilitate and capture process requirements and translate them into actionable requirements and eventually into working process diagrams and process models.

      • Capture any BPM requirements from customers that could impact BPM Strategy and Plan.

      • Assess current processes, identify defects, areas of improvement and recommend solutions.

      • Act as subject matter expert to provide business requirements for process improvements and system enhancements.

      • Research, analyze, and report fluctuations in business results to identify trends and research variances; recommend changes to streamline processes to ensure maximum efficiency and appropriate utilization of resources.

      • Provide clear and concise documentation that supports the milestones of the project, represents key business decisions made, and obtains sign off from stakeholders as necessary.

      • Identify and develop process improvement initiatives by conducting effective interviews/research on existing processes.

      • Review technical design deliverables to ensure business objectives are reached.

      • Assist with needed documentation and information to gain agreement from business owners on new processes and service level agreements.

      • Prepare presentations of materials, models, findings, plans and conclusions.

      • Assist with proposal efforts and business development add-on work.

      • Perform any other tasks assigned by the leadership.

      Required Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

      • Must be a US Citizen (no dual status)

      • Must be able to obtain SECRET security clearance. Preference given to candidates with minimum completed Public Trust investigation or active DoD security clearance

      • Preference given to candidates with project process modeling (DODAF) experience in integrating SAP solutions across other DoD ERPs (i.e., AESIP, LMP, GCSS-Army, Navy, USTRACOM)

      • 10+ years of general process modeling experience with bachelor’s degree

      • 5+ years’ experience with ERP systems, preferably in SAP implementation projects

      • Experience with Visio and other Business Process Mapping toolkits such as ARIS, Nintex, Cleo

      • Minimum of 1 full software development life cycle implementation experience

      • Flexibility to travel as required


      Preferred Experience:

      • 2+ years Agile methodology experience preferred

      The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

      $96,549.00 - $135,737.00
